Electronic Delivery Terms
Utah Residents
For Utah residents, by providing your electronic signature, you:

- Consent to receive all policy documents, disclosures, and notices electronically.
- Agree that electronic documents have the same legal effect as paper documents.
- Understand that electronic documents are considered received when delivered, regardless of whether they are opened.

Technical Requirements for Utah Residents
To receive electronic Communications, you must have:

- An internet browser supporting 128-bit encryption.
- A PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- A computer with sufficient storage and processing capability.
- An active email service capable of sending and receiving messages.
If your emails are repeatedly returned as undeliverable, your enrollment in electronic delivery may be suspended, and documents will be mailed to you.

This Disclosure, Agreement, and Consent to Conduct Business Electronically (the “Agreement”) outlines your rights and responsibilities when conducting business electronically with Odie Pet Insurance Marketing, Inc. (“Odie”). By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive insurance-related documents and communications electronically instead of in paper form.
1. Scope of Electronic Communications
Electronic documents and communications (collectively, “Communications”) may include but are not limited to:

- Insurance policies and related documents, including ID cards, applications, endorsements, disclosures, and reports.
- Billing notices, payment schedules, and premium-related correspondence.
- Claims notices, status updates, forms, and correspondence.
- Other documents related to your insurance transactions with us.
Odie may discontinue sending paper documents and provide Communications electronically as part of its Paperless Program. However, we may continue to send certain documents in paper format as required by law or at our discretion.
2. Acceptance of Electronic Delivery & Paperless Terms
By agreeing to these terms:

- You consent to receive, sign, and retain all Communications electronically.
- You acknowledge that electronic Communications have the same legal effect as paper documents.
- You confirm that you have the authority to receive electronic Communications on behalf of all insureds under your policy.
- You understand that any applicable discounts for enrolling in a Paperless Program may be revoked if you withdraw consent.
Odie provides electronic document delivery on an “AS-IS” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to services. Odie is not responsible for losses associated with the use of electronic delivery services.
3. How We Deliver Electronic Communications
We will deliver Communications electronically via:

- Email to the address you provided, or
- Secure website access, with a link and instructions provided via email.
To access electronic Communications, you will need a valid username and password.
4. Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

- Contacting us at support@odiepetinsurance.com.
- If we receive repeated email delivery failures, we may treat this as a withdrawal of consent and revert to paper delivery.
There is no fee to withdraw your consent.
5. Updating Your Contact Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. If your email address or contact details change, you must update them via the Odie Portal or by contacting support@odiepetinsurance.com.
Failure to update your email address may result in automatic unenrollment from Paperless Programs.
6. Hardware & Software Requirements
To receive, access, view, sign, and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

- A personal computer or mobile device with internet connectivity.
- A supported web browser (Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox 59+, Safari 10+, Chrome 54+).
- An active, valid email account.
- A device capable of storing electronic documents.
- Software to open and read PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
We will notify you of any changes to these requirements.
7. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by:

- Printing it yourself, or
- Contacting support@odiepetinsurance.com within a reasonable time after receipt.
There is no charge for requesting a paper copy.
8. Legal Considerations & Compliance
Mandatory Paper Communications
While you may elect to receive electronic Communications, some documents may still be provided in paper format due to legal requirements.
Communications in Writing
All Communications, whether electronic or paper, will be considered “in writing.” You should print or save copies for your records.
Governing Law
Your consent to transact electronically is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) or your state’s equivalent law.
9. Changes to Electronic Delivery Terms
Odie reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change these terms. We will provide notice of any such changes. Continued use of electronic delivery constitutes acceptance of these changes.
10. Confirmation of Consent
Once you consent to electronic delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within five (5) business days, contact support@odiepetinsurance.com.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that:

- You have read and understood this Agreement.
- You consent to receive Communications electronically.
- You meet the required hardware and software specifications to receive electronic Communications.
