Your Illness & Injury pet insurance policy, if you have one, remains unchanged. These are additional benefits we’re adding to the Wellness Plan.

How do I submit for reimbursement?
What is the claims reimbursement process?
After your claim is processed and approved, you’ll receive an email notification from Odie asking you to log into your member portal to select your payment method.
We offer reimbursement by paper check or ACH bank deposit, and you should expect to receive payment within 5–7 business days. Note that you must select a payment method for each individual claim.
